Its real easy to change but it will take you for ever to do it.
Like RTM mentioned you should have a one piece. You have to unbolt the tranny, slide it back, take the flywheel or flexplate (depending on your tranny) off and then the fun part, you will need a punch, punch two holes into the seal on opposing sides, screw two machine screws into the holes take a piece of wire or strong string and use something to pop the seal out, breaker bar or whatever you feel will work, lightly tap the new seal in making sure its straight...very easy procedure, but its time consuming. I would recommend you go get a haynes repair manual for 80-96 ford trucks, at any autoparts store, it goes over this procedure, more importantly it describes and explains many procedure that you may eventually have to do to your truck.
