***Update***Chapter Leader!

Since I recieved no responses from anyone who wanted to accept being nominated for the Leader, I have decided to go ahead and accept the position temporarily. I will continue to try and recruit someone.
If there are any objections, please feel free to let me know.
I just don't want us to loose the largest, most active chapter.
If anyone is interested becoming the leader of the Texas Chapter, please let me know.

I'm sure you will do a FINE job - and thanks for stepping up to the plate ---
I guess we are all just too humble to blow our own horn here in Texus and claim the leadership role !!!!

NAH - that's not true :-)

Thanks folks. I will do what I can when I can. I am going to try to host a central get together in Bryan for our offline meet. I know it's not too central for everyone but we need to start somewhere. I will be posting a thread later this week regarding tenative dates and such. I just want to get a few folks (and their kids) to come by my house, eat some brisket and get the chapter started. If your reading this, let me know now when would be a good time (except memorial weekend) in the next few weeks that would be good for those who would wish to attend.
Just email me through the profile page and we can settle on a date a bit later.
