I have a 2002 f 150 4.6 liter, that idles rough in gear when warmed up. The truck idles betweeen 500 and 600 rpms. Braught it to the dealer they said ford said to reset the powertrain through the computer, but that didnt fix it.

 

Check the PCV hose for a vacuum leak,especially back where it hooks to the intake.
