(I think there should be an official POLL conducted to determine if there is a need for this POLL to be conducted.
Do we have a second on this motion?!?)
I move that there must first be a motion put forward to move that such a "Pre-Poll" be considered as a seperate motion put forth before this august body in order to properly put the motion to the forum as a whole. If so, does anyone else choose to so move, or second the motion, and when can we expect to have a vote as to whether or not to propose such a motion?
