I've noticed when I turn my AC on the truck idles a rough. The RPMs are the same with it on or off. It had a major tune up about 25k ago. I don't remember this happening last year. Do you think it could be the IAC, AIC(?)valve? I heard there is way to clean them.

 

It's possible, but they usually won't hold a consistant idle when they are failing. What engine do you have?

 

It's a 97 f-150 with a 4.6

 

What brand of plugs and wires did you use?
