IDelta makes some steel ones and some plastic ones. Also check Weathergaurd and Contico. Don't know any retailer's websites offhand. You could probably order them through your local PepBoys, Kragen, etc, if they sell that companies' tool boxes, even if they dont stock the model you want. PepBoys used to carry IDelta. Don't know if they still do.

I think the Weatherguard ones are the best,of course they are also more expensive. Go figure.
