94 F-150 xlt...305.
Runs rough (kinda missing)when driving. Especially when driving "nice". If I "get on it" and depress the gas pedal hard it seems to run nice..but idleing and driving calm makes it miss and sometimes sputter.
Also, around the 30-40mph range the front end "shakes" badly. Steering wheel side to side and such but doesn't do that at any other speeds...not sure what to think about that....help needed.

Sounds like a possible plugged fuel filter and some bad ball joints. Jack up the
front end so the tires are off the ground and grab the top and bottom of the
tire and push on the top and pull on the bottom. You might have to do that
kinda of roughly but that will tell you if you have bad ball joints.
