PSD Question

Somewhere on the this board I read that you can buy a timer for your Diesel so that you can pull the key out and lock the doors and walk away while the engine runs it self to cool off. Then after a few minutes it turns itself off. Is it true that you can get this? And, if you can, could you buy the same thing for a Dodge Cummins Diesel?
