Cool Big Problems, odd swap...help

Hi,
I have a 1992 F-150 4x4 5spd, it had an I6 in it, I pulled the I6 and put in a 1994 302 and I used a 1996 engine harness and a 1996 computer out of an F-150 (1994 computer wouldn't fit 96 harness). So after all the swapping and stuff, we are now stuck with the problem that the coil is getting no power. So, what is the best way to handle this switch? without ditching everything and with out digging my-self into any money problems.... Please help!!

you need (probably have) the wiring diagrams from those years then track where the green wire running to the coil connects.

Do you think it is just a wiring problem, or are the wiring harness, computer, and engine too diff to work properly? (years).

It is just wiring and all you have to do is find the hot wire from the ignition switch to the coil , the computer doesn't actually affect that part of the engine, it's still only a electrical connection, Ford uses a ballast resistor and only runs full voltage on start up then reduces the voltage for running , you could probably jumper the coil from a hot lead off the battery and get it running but obviously that's not right so the wiring diagrams are the places to look and then just connect the correct wires.
