Locating The PCV valve
Hello,
I am not very familiar with the PCV valve but I was told it should be recommended to change every 12,000 miles. I have a 1997 Mazda B2300 Pickup, and even though I have looked in my Chilton manual I am still having problems locating the PCV valve. Is it underneath the intake manifold. I am by no means a mechanic but am trying my best to get some of the general maintenance underneath my belt. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Is it really necessary to change this every 12,000 miles?
