Poor engine performance at low speed.
Thanks for looking.
My 15 passenger 5.8L v8 89 Club Wagon runs like a dog
at low speeds, especially low speeds going up hill.
Once I get to around 20 - 30 mph, it runs more powerfully
and sounds alot smoother.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
