power steering

My Explorer makes the typical noise from power steering pump when you turn the steering wheel. Even my 84 makes the same noise. anyone else hear this and does anyone have a solution?

This is and has been a common problem with ford for years. You could try and suck out the old fluid and replace with some syn. type it may help some but the noise is always there.
