This topic always gets me fired up. On my heep I've got a lil 5,000 pound winch. I know its not the greatest or anything like that but it sure does its job on that little jeep. Now almost every time i go wheelin I use it, whether it be for me or someone else. It doesn't bother me to use it even if it gets dirty or whatever cause I would hope that others will do the same for me when the time comes. I would feel like a huge *** if i didn't help others out when i could.
Now what makes me really mad... A few months ago there was this guy in a 80s bronco w/ 35s that sucked some water and stalled in the middle of a big mud pit. I took the little jeep (still on 32s) to about one foot in, tossed my winch cable the rest of the way, and pulled his little happy butt to dry ground. No big deal i enjoy doing stuff like that. BUT after we waited around there for a while until we were sure he had someone coming to pick up him and his now broken rig he NEVER said thank you or anything. I would never accept money or anything like that, but I do enjoy a nice Thank you or thanks or something! Instead the guy just kept acting like a hardass. Maybe he didn't like getting pulled out by a lil heep. Man was I mad!

Ok thanks for letting me vent
That blows! I hate people that don't appreciate stuff like that. When stuff like that happens to me it makes me wonder maybe I should stop being so nice. Then again you would do it all over for another guy for sure!
