2002 250 Superduty 7.3 PSD
The question is " To be, or, Not to be" or in my case "to chip or not/ air filter or not". Seriously, this my first diesel, I have read most of the messages aviable. I will do moderate towing with limited travel, day to day will be unloaded use. I would appericate any and all recomemdations by all who have superior knowledge and experience to me. I'm interested in getting the most bang for the buck without risking damage or disqualification from the warranty. Thanks to all who find time to reply. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to ALL........

Norman, If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I have a '99 350 dually with 4.10 gears that'll pull anything I can find to hook up to. It gets 14.5 - 15 mpg. You could chip it but all you'd do is wind up costing a little fuel milage because it seems that most of your usage is just commuting anyway.
Merry Christmas
