Oil Gauge
I have a '99 4.0L and I remember reading on a different thread that the factory oil gauge was not really worth a hoot. I was wondering if it were possible to run an aftermarket gauge as well as the factory gauge, or if there was a way to fake out the computer so as to not light the "Check Gauge" light on the dash. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes you can run "another" oil gauge. They are available in any parts store.
I don't know if the another oil guage has much to do with the "check gauge" light. It has more to do with the fuel level and slosh module.
