Clutch slave cyl. problems?
Hello All,
I just sold my '99 PSD 6-speed and bought a '02 PSD 4x4
I really like it (shouldda bought 4x4 last time!) but I haven't even run out a tank of fuel yet & it's back at the dealer. The clutch slave cylinder is about to fall off on it - it twists into place on the bellhousing & is held on by 2 ears, and one of them is cracked. I was lucky to make it back to the dealer. I spoke with the tranny guy there, and he said it is a common problem on the power strokes - anybody else heard this?
