Needed: 1968 hood

Starting to get into this truck and found the hood front section is almost all bondo and cracking badly. Anyone know where one can find a hood for this '68 F100 Ranger? Thanks

I just posted my junkyard finds today and I'll be back there Saturday. Nice clean Texas trucks. I'll see if one of the 1968 trucks has a clean hood. I think the pick-and-pull charges $45 or so for a hood. Then you've got shipping or freight. I'd be willing to pull one for you.

I don't know where you are in AZ, but I have found many great parts in the junk yards of Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. It's just south of Douglas, AZ. There were tons of 68's down there. I was quoted $150-$200 for a stock in-cab tank at several AZ junk yards. I got one in A.P. for $30! Oh yeah, there are no Customs fees due to returning American made products to America. Just make sure to indicate that to the Customs Inspector at the Port of Entry.
