I did an old C****y and what I did on that was to buy and over size pin and hone out the knuckle....but I think I would check out chilton's manuals or something like that..If you don't have one check out Library,,,GOOD LUCK let us know how it works out.

Does the truck have king pins or ball joints? On a 2x4 I think it might be ball joints. If it is king pins the way to fix them is to remove the bushing and replace it with another one, usually metal or composite. Since you are asking, it might be better if you took it to a machine shop. If you have ball joints, it is a doable job by yourself.
