Need Help!!
My friends 99 F-250 PSD is stuck in 4-LO and will not disengage. He tried to move forward and backward and still nothing. I searched the forums for this same problem and had no real definite answers. He took the ESOF morot out and checked it out. It did not work hooked up to the truck wiring but when connected to different 12V power source it works. He is asking for my help and I have never experienced somthing like this. I was hoping to get some suggestions on how to fix or what else to look for. I (we) would appreciate some info.
