Question "97" Ranger Codes

I have a "97" Ranger 4x4 4.0. Recently I have had the check engine light come on after a long trip (300mi) at about 80mph. This has happened numerous times but I just got it to AutoZone when the light was on. The light would go off after a short time of city driving. The codes that AuotZone pulled was P1131 & P1151 which indicated to check with the original manufactuer for the results. Does anyone know what these codes indicate?

I would recommend going through the list of possible causes under the P1130 code. If you do replace them only do the front ones, the one behind the cat is only a monitor.
