Need Help Pleaase
My uncle is desperate, he has a Ford Van E 150 1998, V-6 4.2 liters.
It keeps hesitating bad between 20 and 50 MPH. The check engine light comes on and the code says: Misfire on #3 cylinder. He has been to the garage a couple of times, the following has been replaced: New Coil pack, spark plugs and wires, #3 cylinder fuel injector, EGR valve. The compression is good.
We do not know what to do anymore. Is there something else he could do to fix this issue?

Let me just say I am not an expert.
Take a look into checking / replacing your O2 sensors and DPFE Sensor. Those are quick and easy to do. If that doesn't fix it, we can look into bigger things. Tom (Busa) would be a good source to engage too.
