A few questions and comments...

Hello to all!!!

I would like to say that I am new to this posting thing and I have just singed up with this service... but I really like what I have seen so far.

My first comment is that I have recently purchased a 2002 PSD 4X4 and I have been pleased with the product. This is my first diesel and I really enjoy the overall performance but I must admit I want MORE!

I have read a few posts and trails about the aftermarket chips and exhaust combos. I have one question here though. I am thinking about the banks power pack kit. I would also like to get the "offroad" superchip; however, has anyone ran into any problems with the ottomind chip and the superchip running together? I guess a better question is can this be done?

I would appreciate any and all help with this topic.

Another thing... has anyone ran into any trouble with the fuel sending sensor? The reason I ask is that I filled the truck up today and the fuel gauge would only go up to three-quarters full. I am POSITIVE that I completely filled the truck up too! I contacted the dealer and left a message about getting it in but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?

Anyway, keep on truckin and keep it rubber side down...

First off, congrats on you new truck and welcome to the boards!!

If you want more, why don't you also look into propane injection. It gives a diesel the similar performance gains as NOS would for a gasser but you can run it all the time if you wish. It lowers your EGT and improves you mileage (although you gotta buy the propane) and you can turn it off and on when needed. Great bang for the buck!! BADSUV in the Excursion forum runs propane (along with a chip and some other goodies) gets 677lb.ft. at the wheels. Yowzers!! Propane is the key to that.

Make sure you check the store here as chips are on sale!!, the service is good and it help support these FREE boards!

Did you try the search feature on the top of the page? I believe this was addressed about a month ago. If not, wait here, someone will be right with you.

You can only run one chip at a time.... sorry.

As to the offroad chip, do you mean the 70 hp chip or the 90 hp? The 90 REQUIRES a 4" exhaust system and an EGT guage plus it is not recommended for towing.
