Is it hard to install???

I was wondering if u have this kit what you think. The reason I want this one is so the vehicle can have the ford factory parts. Thanks for any help

 

I was going to go with Ford window and door lock switches for the factory look but the thing that sold me on aftermarket was the illuminated switch options. For my van the factory switches are not illuminated....my Spal switches are
