I agree. We need to just elect the leader first, then see about splitting it up later.

Exactly. The Webmaster is off to the Nationals and I wanted to try to get this wrapped up before Texas gets pulled for not having a leader yet.

tomorrow's wednesday. have the current nominees been asked if they want to do it?? i'd hate it if we voted someone in who had no clue they had even been nominated. maybe send them an email thru fte or a pm to explain what would be expected of them and ask them if they agree to be a part of the election before we put up the official vote. this could be done after nominations are closed tomorrow at 7.. give them till say .. friday evening or something to say yes or no and then set up to the poll from friday evening until maybe like monday evening or something.... ? that puts the election done by Monday the 24th and if something comes up, we've still got 7 days to get it done before ken's deadline of june the 1st.
i don't get off work until 7:30 so i probly won't hear anything else about what's going on until after nominations have been closed but i'll definantly check back tomorrow to see how it's going. it's too bad more people aren't getting into this...
