problem #1
my abs light just started to come on.
my mechanic tells me that there is a module under the dash that might
need replacing. He cleaned the rear sensor. I worked ok for a few days but then the light came back on.
Any ideas?
problem #2
I believe the fuel pump is gone. I use to hear a faint humming from the back of the truck which is the fuel pump but not any more. Yep as you have probablied guessed my truck wont start. She wants to but engine is getting no gas.
Could my fuel pump be good and maybe I have some other problem? like electrical? I do not know.
I only payed a thousand bucks for the truck. Is it worth fixing?
Thanks for help

for the fuel pump problem, try replacing the fuel pump relay. If the pump doesn't come on, then youll probably have to replace the fuel pump. I don't think it makes a difference if the abs light is on. I think mine has been on for as long as ive had my bronco.
check and make sure the fuel inertia switch isn't popped. also there is a way to jump the eec-iv connecter to turn the fuel pump on, but I don't remember which pins to connect. On the abs-is it 4wabs or just rear? could be one of the sensors up front got wiped out. The abs doesn't need to be working to have brakes though. You'll just be able to lock the tires up if you mash the brakes.
