Dash Differences between F250 and Excursions

I was hopeing someone on here knows what the difference between the F250 and Excursion Dashes. I own a King Ranch and it seems to be the same as a Excursion, not a F250/350.

Problem I am haveing is:
I went to order a Dashmat Ultimat, in it says they don't make one for a King Ranch. But they do make one for a Excursion and F250/350.
I know the King Ranch has to be like one of them. Anyone out there that can solve this mystery?

Also what color Dashmat would match Medium Parchment ???

King Ranch F250? King Ranch isnt a model unto itself, just a trim line. So I would order it specific to the model line with options listed. IE if it says F250 Super Duty with auto lamps and EATC, and yours is equipped as such, order that one.

Medium Parchment is a Tan tone, so you could order Tan or Brown and look Ok.

From what I can tell King Ranch is the same as a Excursion not a F250/350. Dash around the Gauges and radio/climate controls are different.

When I ordered my Wood dash kit it was the same as a Excursion too, not F250/350.
Excursions and F250/350 have slight differences in the dash. And seems Ford used the Excursion dash setup in the King Ranch.

I know King Ranch is a trim line.

The reasons I have found for the King Ranch being different on the wood dash kit was to have a factory match to the wood door panel inserts. There are possible other differences like switches for optional equipment that are standard on the King Ranch. But the basic shape or form of the dash is the same.

The Excursion is basically a super duty truck modded to an SUV just as the Expedition is to an F150. They share many components. Now if you want a wood dash for an Expedition it depends on whether it is an Eddie Bauer or not, due to the fact that the Eddie Bauer has EATC air conditioning and power pedals as standard equipment and the manual AC finisher would not fit.

But the top of the dash should be the same on all Super Duty/ Excurisoin models with the exception of whether they have sensors for auto lamps, sunload sensor for EATC, etc.

On Monday I can go look at a few of each on the lot and see if there is a substantial difference between the dashes.

BTW is yours a 2004?

Look around the outside of the Gauge pod. And look around the Radio/climate controls.
They are not the same. Also go to some wood dash kit websites. You will see they have different patterns for them. They are close, not the same shape.

Ok, but what areas will your dash mat cover?
