Loose calipers
On my 84 F-250 4X4 my front brake calipers are slightly loose on the spindle and make an awful racket when thay vibrate and clank when going over bumps. My question is does Ford or an aftermarket company make thicker retaining clips or stronger spring clips for the retainers to hold the caliper more tightly. I know on the later trucks with the rubber lined pins there were thicker pins avilable to cure this problem.
Any help would be apreciated ( ie part numbers etc.)

Mine had the problem. With mine, the pins were worn, just needed knew ones. The rattle is the anti rattle clip. I cant keep it on the drivers side. Just keep falling off. Gotta be careful with all that. Now my rotor is warped....waiting on time and $ to change it out too.
