Timing Gear and Chain
In the Jegs catalog they only have a timing chain ford 64-74 FE's. Did they change them in 75 and 76. All FE's should have the same timing set right? thanks.

Yes and no. An FE timing chain is an FE timing chain but the 1972 and up chain was retarded 8 degrees for emmisions purposes and should not be used for a rebuild. Get a good performance chain even for a stock rebuild. It will last longer and the engine will perform better all around with the cam straight up.
