thermocouple 7.3 does it get tapped in downpipe or before trubo di-pricol guage
i think it is down pipe but not sure ?

You can do both, but the most accurate reading is taken directly from one of the exhaust manifolds.

You get the true and accurate temp with the probe mounted pre-turbo - if you mount it post-turbo you're have to account for a big temp difference (turbo cools the exhaust) and you never know how much (can be 300-400 difference). SO... you'll never be able to run your truck as hard safely (IMO) with a post-turbo pyro!
