Auto Four wheel drive off???
I have a 2000 explorer sport and my brother has a 1999, I recently came across a thread that described how to add a switch to a wire in order to shut it off. but dummy me i forgot to bookmark it. Is there anybody out there that can describe the process to me and possibly send me some pictures. Pictures would probably help out the most. the main reason for me doing this, for those who are skeptical about turning off auto 4X4, is for playing in the snow and dyno testing, I live in Steamboat, where there is lots of snow and the little bro has all kinds of mods and is curious about his horse power.
Also if anybody else has done this, could you please tell me if you were happy with the results?
