Just got the ordering guide today. The 5.4 3-valve will be STANDARD in every 2005 Expedition- the old 5.4 and the 4.6 are history. They've also added a new Limited model, which comes close to the Navigator in equipment. A lot of stuff that was standard (auto-dim rearview mirror, Homelink) with certain models is now optional.

301 HP expected from the 3V 5.4. You should hit www.fordvehicles.com to review the 2004 NBX Expedition to get an idea of what the '05 model will be.
