high HP IDI?
Anyone ever heard of a high HP and Tq 7.3L IDI?
I havent, but would like to.
easiest way seems like ATS or Banks turbo, pane, NOS if your feeling suicidal, a 4" w/ downpipe, and water injection, and possibly an intercooler (anyone make them for a 93 turboed 7.3L?)...
Anyone ever done any mods to an IDI's injectiors, or does anyone make them for it?

I have heard of an 83 6.9 with twin turbos. It passed everything on the highway loaded or not till the heads blew. 7.3 is supposed to be able to handle that kinda boost though so it is a thought.

the idis can't handle 30 psi no way are they going to take 50+. 22.5:1 compression is just to high to have large amounts of boost. the most I heard of saftley (source: ATS) 17 psi they said it must be intercooled to do it.
