Fuel Pump Running - Ignition OFF

I just went outside and realized my fuel pump is running with the key off !! I disconected the battery (94 3.0l)

Any Ideas????

Maybe relay sticking on??? Does anybody know wrere it is??

On my 91 the relay is located on the front of the left hand fender apron on the relay bracket. Starting at the starter relay it is the first plug in the bracket behind the DSS test connector.

yeah, I found the relay block, but I'm not sure which one it is ( there are 3)
I guess I'll try one at a time

It seems hit and miss - The more I screw around in the relay block, the better it works - But I still don't know exactly which relay it is!

It is either the first or second from the front. It is the one with the least wires on it. The other relay is the ECM relay, has twice as many wires. I cannot figure out what the back one is. You need to find out if the relay is being held in by a ground fault in the wiring, or if the relay is knackered inside. The pump only takes about 1 amp, so I would be surprised if the contacts were welded.
