Ford engine in a boat

Hi all..

It's me and my Mercruiser For 7,3 turbo again.. Have now tested compression and found it to be 490 psi to 510 psi.. Is this ok..??

Testing was on cold engine.. Not running .. Only cranking..

That sounds good, more importantly than the actual reading is that all 8 cylinders have ABOUT the SAME reading, if all yours fell between 490 and 510, that is very good.
