I just got the Hypermax 3.5 inch down pipe and 5 inch exhaust put on my truck. Wow! No muffler makes it sound awesome. They also put a chrome tip on it. Looks great and is very loud but sounds excellent. You can check out their website at www.hypermaxdiesel.com

I know you said the truck is loud but how loud is loud ???
Did you say it doesnt come with a muffler ?? So that would lead me
to believe it sounds like a straightpiped truck just even more annoying with that "flutter" ?? I emailed Hypermax to get a few questions answered before i order up the exhaust for my 2002 X.
Another question for ya ... How was the install of the downpipe ???
