How many miles can you get out of a 7.3 or PSD

How many miles can you get out of a 7.3 or PSD
I have an F250 gas at this mpoint and I am thinking about getiing a diesel. I do not want to get on of the newer body stiles. I have been looking into the 97s and back extended cabs. I have had a cummins deisel before and know you can expect a good 300,000 miles. How many could I expect to get out of a 7.3 diesel or one of the 90s PSDs. Also is it possible to put on of these motors in my 5.8 gas F250 HD. Thanks Mark
