Manual Trans ratio.
Hi, I have a 76 f100 custom 2X4, it has a 351ci clevo a four speed manual trans with very low first and then 2nd 3rd 4th, the 9'' diff is 4.11 ratio.
What i'd like to know is the ratio's in the trans from first to fourth gear.
Also if any one know the ratio's in C4, C6, and FMX auto transmissions that could come in handy.
If you are wondering why I want to know all of this, it's because I want to set my truck up so that it has the low down to tow but be able to able to do about 70 mph in top gear with the motor only doing about 2500rpm, (if posible).
