Another Leaf Spring ?
My front springs "rattle" every time I hit a good size bumb and I was wondering if there are some replacement bushings for these and if anyone has replaced them. Let me know.

On the 4x4 F 250s the front springs are bolted to shackles and it's not too bad replacing the bushings with some urethane parts. If your spring bushings are shot and ya have to pull the springs out anyway I'd put new springs back in. If somethings clunking around up there I'd also take a good hard look at the ball joints. When equipted with a diesel these trucks are commonly ready for a front end rebuild at about 90,000 miles.
