Diesel Problems
i got a 93 F250 5 speed ext cab diesel. 140,000 miles on it with new diesel pump. when im driving a buddy of mine said " when you press the clutch in to shiift you puff of da ol black smoke and when you procedd to press the gas and then it quits"
what the hell causes this?

Diesel Problems
Your new injection pump may have the fuel rate set too high. The set screw is under a small cover on the pump. Any diesel shop can turn it down for you, or better yet, tell you how to do it. I used to have the instructions but lost them.
