Simple EFI & compression question

Howdy all,
Was wondering what compression a stock '89 351W has?
I have an idea (ohhhh *****!), I wanna rebuild the stock e7 heads with 1.94/1.60 valves, mill them .001 under, and rebuild motor with 9.5:1 compression (or somewhere in the area).
What are the side effects to this? Is this a feasable idea?
Motor is in a half ton pickup. Any suggestions on cam theories or ideas?
Main question: will the speed density system accept the heads and higher compression? I know the cam will need to have special attention paid to, but I'll worry 'bout that another day!

Thanks for all the help!

Speed Density should not care about compression ratio. It is the ignition timing that may be if the knock sensor goes off. Higher octane gas may be required. Different cams and bigger valves may upset SD, but not compression.

mass aiflow would be better suited for the upgrades and i think 9.5 cr would be okay if the timing was kept down to 6 BTDC or something like that.

Stock CR is what, 9:1? I'd try running stock timing, then if it pings, set it back a little bit. I don't think there is a knock sensor on a 351, so listen carefully.
