Gas Pedal Locating
I'm trying to find a source other than dealer {or junkyard} for a gas pedal for my '82 F-100. Dealer wants $98, and 'dat be way to much! Any ideas? Auto Zone, Advance, Carquest, Big A, ect... don't carry anything.

Big A??? I though they went kaput 5 years ago? Anyway, parts houses wouldn't have a specific part like that, maybe some cheesey aftermarket pedals... Whaddaya need, the pedal pad or the whole shootin' match pedal assembly?
Anyway, boneyard or ebay is probably your best bet. You'd probably pay more on ebay than at the junkyard, but it's right to your door. On the other hand, you could be back from the junkyard with six of them in an hour for five bucks. (around here, anyway)
