how to remove door panels?
I have a 99f250 psd extended cab, and will be replacing all 4 speakers. Exactly how do the door panels come off. I saw somewhere on here the directions, however I can not find them at this time

Zon, that link shows a Crew Cab pickup, not an extended cab.
