Ok gues I am going to have to switch wndshields in my truck snce im putting a different cab on it (that dont have a windshield or anythign in it). Is this something you can do on your own? I was taslkign to one guy and he said he could never get the corners in and he broke windshields trying this. I was wondering how do you do this?
thanks,
Jimmy
PS I really apriciate all you guys help without this site and all you friendly people my truck would never be this far along. When my truck is done there will not be any rust at all on it.
thanks again guys i really apriciate all your help!
I see you're in PA, so I can't say what the cost would be, but here, if you already have the windshield, it only costs about $40.00 for the install.
I would have it done for sure, if you've never done that sort of thing.
Ditto that. I have broken two windshields trying to install them myself. Guys that do that for a living make it look like anyone can do it, but I found out the hard and expensive way that ain't so.
