tranny swap
how difficult would it be to install an e40d in my 84 bronco right now its a c6.i kinda want the overdrive to run at lower rpms and for gas. would i just be able to swap it in could i bolt my trnsfer case right up? what other kind of connetions are there? electracal ect...

There is a company out there thanks make a computer for retrofitting the E4OD into a non computer application so that you have covered. The trabsfer case will bolt up but the shifter linkage will be different for the tcase. The E4OD will be longer also so some drive shaft work will be needed.
