Dome light stuck on

Dome light stuck on
Both my dome light and the light on the rear of the cab seem to be stuck in the on position. I tried pushing the switches in the door jamb but that only made the light dim. Any Idea what's wrong or which fuse I should pull?
edit: it's a 1986 F-150 with an EFI 302

If you turn the headlight **** all the way clockwise it will turn them on. make sure the **** isn't in that position. Turning it clockwise will dim the dash lights.
If that isn't it, the headlight switch is probably bad.
