Some Axle questions
On a 75 Highboy, what axles would it have, I thought they came w/Dana 60 rears and 44 up front, but I'm not sure.? It has what I believe is a 360, the previous owner said it was a 390 but if I'm not mistaken I dont think those were put in these. Also how can you tell the difference between a 44 and a 60. Another question for ya guys, what axles would be in a 78 F-150 w/300 4speed? Just curious, thanks

You should be right about the highboy axles. An F150 should have a dana 44 front and a 9" rear. If you look in my galleries, you can see both a 44 and 60. The 60 is much bigger looking, and has a "60" on the web going out to the tube. Hope this helps you, Ted
