Interchangable Master Cylinders ?
I have a 1993 Ranger that I am changing the Master Brake Cylinder
and power brake assistance out on because the Cylinder itself has
suffered some major corrosion ( metal loss ) I have a 1995 Ranger Master
Brake assemble that I could use. I need to know if this is an interchangable
deal or not. I couldn't even get a straight forward answer from the
Ford dealer. Service mgr. said it should fit. I want to know if it
"WILL" fit before I start.

My Haynes manual regularly shows the different years relative to any given proceedure. The reference to the master cyl. shows no difference for the years 93 to 97.
Check with another source for a second opinion. I say that it will fit.
