Dipstick Pan Penetration

Was Wondering If Anybody Could Tell Me What Type Of Seal Prevents The Oil From Leaking From Pan At Dipstick Penetration?
Also The Threads For The Large Nut On Outside Of Pan Has Stripped. Does This Hold Some Type Of Plate With Gasket Up Against The Inside Of Pan?

don't touch any of that.......if you take the dipstick out ...all of that could fall into the pan ....call your dealer tell them your problem....go from there ..cost me lots of money when it plunked into pan ...$1500
