The 351 has a different bellhousing pattern than the 400, so you would have to swap both into the truck. computer would be useless because the 400 wasn't computer controlled. Fuel system would have to be modified, cause the electric pumps put too much pressure for a carb. Motor mounts would be different, so you'll have to change to 400 engine and frame mounts most likely. Exhaust, etc....

I think you would be better off switching to a 460 of similar year as the truck, since that engine was available in that truck so exhaust, motor mounts, and electronics can be found instead of fabricated. You will still need to change to the big block C6 though, and it would be a good idea to change to a bigger radiator as well...

If your looking to get rid of your 351w... I'm in the market for one, also this engine has a different bellhousing than the 400M engine so you would need that trans. I dissagree with the moderator, the C6 was offered as a heavy duty option for towing etc. I know I had one!!!
If your going to do a swap and want the power I suggest going to a 460 but watch out wallet for gas mileage.
