speedometer wrong???
i have a 1980 f 150 with a 300 4 spd manual trans... the truck had originally a manual 3 spd on the column and a 4 on the floor was put in now i have replaced the speedometer cable and am using the gearing that came with the 4speed... should i put the gear from the 3 spd on the end of the speedocable to make my speedometer accurate? i mean i am doing at least 50 mph and and the speedometer sez im doing 35... i also have a set of 32 inch tires on the back and stock ones in the front any suggestions
